Conditions
of Entry and Competition Rules apply to the City2Enjoy promotion to be
held between January 1st, 2010 and ending on March 12th,
2010. |

1. Every
participant may only send one photograph to join the contest.
Participants using aliases or sending more than one photograph will be
banned from the competition. |

2.
The jury’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered
into. |

3.
The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. |

4.
Photos received after March 12th will not be taken into account. |

5. The winning
photo will be published on our website per March 14st, 2010 and the
winner will be notified per email. |
