The Egyptian Museum of Berlin hosts one of the largest and most impressive collections of ancient Egyptian artifacts and attracts many visitors each year. Its history dates back to 1828 when the first objects where brought to Berlin.The most famous piece on display is the coloured bust of Queen Nefertiti. The collection was moved from Charlottenburg to the Altes Museum in 2005.
