A must see while visiting Athens is the changing of the Guards. This ceremony takes place every day, in front of the Parliament Buildings at Syntagma Square. The Evzones, those chosen for Ceremonial duty, represent the best of the military service in Greece. Two of the guards flank the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and are dressed in traditional Greek uniforms. The changing of the guards takes around 15 minutes.
