Delphi, located around 175 kilometers from Athens, is a popular
archaeological site, that can also be visited during a day trip, as it
is a scenic 2.5-hour drive or bus ride from Athens. Surrounded by an
impressive mountain scenery, Delphi is considered as one of the most
beautiful ancient sites in Greece. During ancient times it was
considered the center of the known world and the holiest site in the
world. It was also the site of the Delphic oracle, the most important
